  • CHRISTMAS MARKET

Olomouc Christmas market is among the most beautiful ones not only in the Czech Republic. Even this year, the organizers did not want to deprive the visitors and residents of Olomouc of this experience. There is only a quarter of stalls on both squares and the market area, compared to previous years, and there also needs to be the appropriate spacing between them, people can still once again look forward to Christmas decorations, winter accessories, cheese, honey, sausage specialities, a blacksmith’s workshop, and handicrafts. Originally, there was included the popular punch in the offer of the stalls, but from December 9, people have to do without it, according to the new government regulation. Due to the coronavirus measures, there is no accompanying concert program on the market nor ice rink. However, you can still find the popular children’s carousel in front of Moravské divadlo.
