Domeq residential building participated in the 4th edition of Open House Brno, which attracted over 17 000 visitors. This annual festival allows people to visit places in Brno they don’t typically get to see – rare historical monuments or unique projects and private buildings. Domeq became a popular destination as it is a unique coliving project in Brno.
Moving to another country is always challenging. It’s like taking a big leap into the unknown. Everything becomes new and unexplored. The best way to limit stress or bad experiences is to prepare yourself as well as possible for this new adventure. As a new expatriate in the Czech Republic, I don’t necessarily have the required hindsight on some topics, but I will share with you my first impressions of the country.
Life has a lot to offer and Sven, the former resident of Domeq, knows this very well. He came to the Czech Republic from Germany, where he was born and raised. His main reason to move to Brno was to gain new experiences and see what kind of a person he’s become with all the adventures he has been through in the past 32 years.
