What Is Foreigners Group?
Foreigners Group started with Foreigners Services to fight the uneven conditions for expats living in the Czech Republic. Today, Foreigners cover not only services connected to relocation but also they have expanded to the real estate sector and support those in need. Our offices are in six Czech cities – Brno, Hradec Králové, Olomouc, Pardubice, Pilsen, and Prague.

Foreigners Services
This division offers complex immigration and relocation services to foreign employees and their families including visa arrangement, residence permits, consultations, and nostrification.

Foreigners Development
The key focus of Foreigners Development is the development and construction of apartment residential projects for sale or lease in three main locations.
Invest with Foreigners
Take the opportunity and invest in real estate with Foreigners. We are planning to build 300 apartments in the next 5 years. Invest at least 50.000 CZK for a term of 4 years and you can earn a yield of up to 12% p.a. (9% p.a. + inflation bonus of 3% p.a.).
