What I mean by this is having the ability to adapt and persevere in new situations. While it’s common to immediately seek comfort and familiarity, it’s important to recognize the value in embracing discomfort and stepping outside of your comfort zone. Your mindset will change in a positive way when you learn the ability of being comfortable being uncomfortable.
