Would you like to finally have good order in the quality of your meals or how to relieve the pain of your muscles and joints in the long term? Would you like to train regularly but you are missing a will? Do you have a bunch of friends or colleagues who would like to train under the guidance of an expert? The solution comes in the shape of the Moose Power project.
Based in Prague, Moose Power combines sports training, nutritional counseling and reconditioning services with a physiotherapist in one product.
Personal trainer
The project has three programs tailored to your level of performance that can be customized. All clients undergo a session with a physiotherapist at the beginning of the program which is primarily preventive and often points out important disbalances. To achieve the results you will train at least twice a week with a coach, additional activities are recommended. Training is complemented by functional training that builds deep stabilizing muscles and reduces the risk of injury. The project prefers outdoor training in parks to compensate for excessive time spent in buildings and vehicles. You can also use the home training service on request. Groups and companies
The biggest advantage of this service is mainly time-saving. If you have a partially unused meeting room in your company, a nearby park, or a group that has a favorite training venue, Moose Power will provide the necessary equipment, program, experts and come to you. They know that time and health are very important for you and this way will shorten your path to regular training. Although the organization of groups is initially more demanding, the motivation and positive atmosphere are increasing with the number of participants. You have a choice of morning training before work, active lunch breaks or after-work sessions within or outside of the workplace. They create all tailor-made programs. In this way, they also support the idea of a healthy office environment which is increasingly gaining ground in a corporate environment in the Czech Republic.
Summer activities
During the summer months, the project provides its services continuously. Special summer activities include sport and relaxation or sport and educational weekends outside Prague. On the contrary, in Prague, you can join the fitness training, which takes place in weekly cycles in the morning or early evening. You can look forward to a good dose of motivation, fun, and endorphins. They use music, body weight and varied accessories such as foam rollers, air pads, thera-bands, TRX, medicine ball, Rebound, Kanjam and more. Training systematically develops strength and endurance at mid to high-intensity intervals and is also great additional training to many sports activities (run, bike, ski, sports games, and multisport activities). Where to find Moose Power
Moose Power’s nutrition and physiotherapy sessions take place in an office at Prague 2 and Prague 8. They can commute to all customers too. Regular outdoor activities are provided within Prague and the surrounding area, the most popular location is green Prague 6. Irregular activities are provided throughout the Czech Republic and adventure trips abroad in Norway.
