In late November 2025, the European Union reached an agreement to launch the EU Talent Pool, a digital platform that will connect non-EU jobseekers with opportunities across Europe. This will be the first EU-wide system for international recruitment. As a result, European jobs will become more accessible to foreign talent while employers will more easily find qualified candidates.
How Will the EU Talent Pool Help?

Jobseekers will be able to register and create profiles visible to employers, including skills, qualifications, resumes, preferred countries, and availability.
- For Immigration: EU countries can voluntarily speed up immigration procedures for applicants through this program, making the transition to living and working in the EU faster and easier.
- Safety and Legality: The platform will ensure safe, legal pathways to employment and provide protection against exploitation and trafficking.
