Comfortable and elegant at the same time, the Brno Impact Hub has recently opened a new space of 1700 square meters. The coworking center is the biggest hub in Europe and the world’s second largest.
Brno is a progressive city that keeps moving forward, and an amazing space such as the Impact Hub couldn’t fall behind. The reconstruction followed the needs of their members.
To make the environment even cozier, the center added a further floor including a huge room with spacious tables plus a conference room for up to 110 people. You can also spend a pleasurable working time in the sky room with outdoor terrace, especially in summer. Due to the latest changes, the capacity of the Impact Hub has now peaked to 1000 members.
Nowadays, the hub welcomes 450 members from diverse fields – IT, marketing, accountancy, architecture, and many other. The center not only displays a welcoming working area, it also helps people to kick-start their projects.
In case you have a business idea but don’t know how to implement it, the Impact Hub is the perfect choice for you! Many successful projects – Czechitas, Rekola, and Bez obalů, just to mention a few – have been developed in the center.
In the community where a familiar atmosphere is always present, people share their ideas and experience. The principle is to support young entrepreneurs and companies. However, experienced corporates are also welcome to join the venue and find talented workers among graduates.
In the hub, you can book a space paying hourly or rent a whole office, with the possibility to relocate an entire business in the place. You will not find these occasions anywhere in the world. In addition – by becoming a member of Brno – you can spend up to 50 % of paid hours in hubs all over the Czech Republic.
Furthermore, the center hosts social enterprises and not-for-profit organizations, generating a positive impact on social change and the environment. The hub itself has had positive effects on the city’s well being as it was built in a dismissed industrial area which otherwise would not have been reused.

Seems to be an interesting place to visit. I spent a month in Czech Republic a few years ago attending a Summer School and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to visit Brno in that opportunity. Guess I should visit it next time and, maybe, check if there´s any need for foreigners there to sepnd a while. Who knows… :p
