  2. Hi
Sorry how can i buy flowers Via online in Czech Republic.
And I really need the amount

    Thanks

    1. Hi Parker,
I’m a bit confused about what you’re asking. Depends on what kinds of flowers you’re talking? Do you mean cut flowers? Or potted plants? Also depends on where in Czechia you are.
There are some delivery services in Czechia for sure, for example here: https://www.flora-online.cz/en/?currency=USD or here https://www.kytice-expres.cz/en/?currency=USD. You just need to google flower delivery Czech Republic.

      Hope this helps!

      Best,
      Tereza

  3. Any idea where I can go to complain if I purchased goods online from a Czech company which never arrived and the company refuses to issue a refund?

    1. Hi Kiaora!
According to the law, you should be able to get a refund if you never received the goods! I would send them another email and ask for a refund and tell them that you’ll give them a bad review if they don’t start communicating with you. It might be a good idea to get a Czech friend to write an “official-looking” letter that would request the refund from the company.

Did you pay with your card or through PayPal? If the eshop never gets back to you, you can ask your bank for a refund instead. It might take a couple weeks, but it usually works.
If you transferred the money via bank transfer, it might be more difficult. If they don’t give you the money or the goods, you’d need to sue them.

      Hope this helps!

    1. Hi! Depends on what you want to buy :). There are many Czech shops that have their websites in English, including bookstores and toy stores. Let me know if you need more specific advice.

      Best,
      Tereza

  4. Hello,

Are there any Toys shops or sports equipments shops where we can pay by Sodexo Flexi vouchers or card?
    whether online or in-store.

  5. Hi, I want to purchase a book from a website (they have a small store) but they don’t ship internationally. Do you know any online buying service or forwarder that can buy and ship the book to me?

    1. Hi Leah,
I recommend bookdepository.com – they ship to Czechia and shipping is free :).

      Best,
      Tereza

    1. Hi David,
I’m sure there are online vouchers in many online stores in Czechia. If you’re after a particular one and can’t find it on their website, just contact their customer line and I’m sure they’ll help you.

      Best,
      Tereza

  6. great blog , wanted to ask if i buy from outside of CZ (like england or Germany) from online
or even amazon . what are the tax ? how do you pay them ? thanks

    1. Hi Jana,
You shouldn’t have to pay anything extra if you order something within the EU, so I recommend using German Amazon to order stuff.
The UK is tricky, because that’s not an EU country so you have to pay the tax. Same for the US. You pay the tax if the cost of the item (including shipping) is more than a certain number. You should be able to google those numbers.

      Hope this helps!
      Best,
      Tereza
