Do you want to celebrate Thanksgiving Day in Brno? There are restaurants offering a special menu consisted of the traditional Thanksgiving dishes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday observed in the United States of America on the fourth Thursday of November. Czechs don\u2019t have such a holiday but still, there are options how to enjoy the atmosphere and food<\/a> typical for a Thanksgiving party.<\/p>\n

Butcher\u2019s<\/h3>\n

At Butchers\u2019s they have prepared this Thanksgiving menu: Houston cabbage soup,<\/em> Turkey potato burger<\/em> Roast turkey with chestnut,<\/em> Snowmen gingerbread.<\/em><\/p>\n

East Village Bar & Dinner<\/h3>\n

Thanks giving dinner will be served at East Village Bar & Dinner. As usual, it will be their special menu: Deep fried turkey,<\/em> Bread stuffing with herbs,<\/em> Sweet potato casserole,<\/em> Sauteed green beans with bacon.<\/em> The entire menu costs 150 CZK.<\/p>\n

The restaurant is right in the city centre on Jaselsk\u00e1 street 2, 602 00 Brno. You can check the Thanksgiving event on Facebook.<\/p>\n

Sborovna<\/h3>\n

\"sborovna<\/a> In Sborovna there is no a Thanksgiving menu prepared in advance for guests but you can order it. Just choose the day when you want to eat a turkey (doesn’t have to be Thursday, necessarily) and make your reservation. The rough cost of one turkey meal is 250 CZK.<\/p>\n

The restaurant is situated on Botanick\u00e1 street 1, 602 00 Brno. You will find more information about it on their Facebook page<\/a>. We recommend to try because our December MeetUp is taking place there so you will already know where to go and what to expect \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

If you prefer more privacy and company of other foreigners you can join the international version of Thanksgiving Dinner enriched with musical presentations of Czech, English, and Philippine songs. The menu will be inspired mainly by different flavors of these countries.<\/p>\n
