Domeq Fully Occupied with Talents all over the World

If you attended the 1st Domeq Birthday Party, you might’ve as well noticed a great variety of different people, laughing, dancing, talking and simply having fun on the spot. Domeq brings them all together and no wonder it does, because it’s such a great place to live in Brno!

Domeq is a unique, one of a kind project and lately it celebrated one year since its opening by CTP, Central Europe’s largest industrial developer. Also, Foreigners is taking care of Domeq: organising various events, contacting with residents, from time to time providing some decorations for special occasions. During this year it attracted many people from all over the world including working expats, students, travelers etc. Some of them stayed only for a month, some of them stayed for a little bit longer: the thing is that Domeq has a lot to offer and it doesn’t really matter whether you plan to be in Brno for a short period of time or longer – you don’t want to miss out on this good opportunity. “We are excited that all Domeq’s 159 rooms have been fully occupied so quickly with long-term tenants. We have representatives from new and potential employees of surrounding companies such as Siemens, Lufthansa and others, as well as students from abroad who are studying at local universities,” comments Jiří Kostečka, Business Developer in CTP.

Due to a big interest, Domeq 2 is being planned by CTP. It is going to be situated in Ponavka Park complex, along with Domeq. “We want to create additional spaces that will inspire users and we believe that Domeq 2 will become a center of creativity. We are currently planning the design, room sizes, meeting rooms and the composition of services. Our inspiration comes from the first project, yet we would like these spaces to be more exclusive,“ adds Kostečka.

In addition to Domeq 2, the expansion of Ponavka Park is also planned. Modern offices are expected to be finished in January 2020. Ponávka is one of the fastest growing parks in our portfolio and a unique concept offering spaces for diverse business areas. The new building, A3, will provide modern office space and an area with various amenities such as restaurants, cafes and an ATM. We also want to extend the relaxation and are considering various options, such as outdoor sports, a multifunctional playground or a small athletic track. Our goal is to make Ponávka more attractive both on its own and also for the surroundings,” says Kostečka.
