Do I need to pay anything extra if I purchase the SIM card from Foreigners.cz?
No. Foreigners.cz is only a distributor of OpenCall SIM cards. You get the same conditions and prices if you purchase from Foreigners.cz or directly from OpenCall or any other distributor. Foreigners.cz can only guarantee you that if you need to ask anything regarding OpenCall we all speak English and are ready to help you to start using OpenCall SIM card.
How do I pay?
The system works as prepaid SIM card/top up/pay as you go. It means that you top up certain amount (e.g. 200 CZK) and after each call you are charged according to the price list. The tariff OpenCall Easy has no monthly fee; the others are usually with a monthly payment unless there is a special offer. Every month you are firstly charged for this monthly fee and then you can use cheaper price list and benefits according to the price list.
Is there any limitation if I am expat without residency in the Czech Republic?
No, there are completely the same conditions for Czechs and expats. No differences.
How do I change tariff?
Dial *111*1# and press Call or Dial *111*0# and press Call or go to OpenCall website.
