Coronavirus in Czechia: Restrictions in the New Year & Vaccination Update

During the Christmas holidays, the Czech Republic returned to level 5 of the so-called PES system. Since level 5 is the highest level, the strictest countermeasures possible system are currently in effect. The government announced that the Czech Republic will move back to the highest 5th level of the anti-epidemic PES system from Sunday, December 27.
