Internet providers in CZ

The largest provider of Internet in the Czech Republic is UPC. They have the most competitive prices and fastest connection. Foreigners.cz is in collaboration with UPC so that we can bring you the best service, and have your connection arranged at no extra cost. Sometimes we can even get you better deals and quicker installation. You can also get digital TV with some international channels to stay better connected check it here. In case UPC is not available at your location, we will negotiate with other providers (O2, Netbox) to get the best deal for you!

  1. Dont use o2 as they have very poor service and even worse customer service standard .. expect 10 day call backs for technical and actually no call back at all even after 30 days

    1. O2 is the company from hell
What ever you do, no NOT use them.
Internet comes and goes totally randomly
      Litherary NO customer support

      1. I so wish not to use them, but in some areas there is literally NO OTHER OPTION than DSL.
There is absolutely no competition and I have to pay insane amount of money for a poor DSL connection (at 50Mbps tops) that can’t even hold the VPN up. It is completely outrageuous!! No other company provides service in Prague2, and I’m pretty sure this is valid for other areas too. This is clearly a monopoly that doesn’t help anyone but the companies who split their market!

  2. I cannot only agree on the fact that O2 customer service is miserable… they clearly don’t care about the foreigners, and are unable to provide any brochure or tutorial in English… I have been paying for O2 TV but I cannot watch it. I went to the store twice for assistance but their are not reactive at all. I have lived in 5 different countries before but never experienced that
